When the lives of Hollywood celebrities start to mesh into pro wrestling news then you know it’s a pretty big deal. What makes John Cena and Nikki Bella’s case so interesting is the fact that these two celebs started in WWE which is where they are both still arguably most at home. But now they are household names with the rest of America and pretty much the entire world too.
But John Cena and Nikki Bella’s relationship took an interesting twist when reality television was factored into things. After all, when the couple does anything in private that could change the overall story of their relationship they have to reenact the scene like they are part of the most depressing improv group on the planet. This was the case when the couple broke up because surprisingly enough not everything you see on reality television is actually real.
The couple reportedly broke up before their wedding in Mexico causing plans to be scrapped along with Nikki Bella’s 9-day bachelorette party.
Now it looks like there could be some questions about whether John and Nikki will make it work or if they were even broken up in the first place. Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that he believes it’s all a work at this point. So when John Cena appeared on The Today Show saying that he wants to be the father of Nikki’s children, Meltzer isn’t buying it and he’s not the only one.
Nikki might not be too inclined to buy into what Cena is saying either because she appeared on Kathie Lee and Hoda’s little program as part of The Today Show and had her own piece to say about it.
Nikki isn’t giving up hope that she and Cena will be able to make it work because Bella still has hope for their future. It’s just that she needs to think about herself at a time like this.
With all of these stories going around, it’s hard to know exactly what to believe sometimes.
