Liv Morgan has become one of the top stars on Monday Night Raw and over the weekend she defeated Nia Jax at the Crown Jewel premium live event to become the first ever WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Champion.
This week Liv Morgan appeared on Raw alongside Dominik Mysterio and Raquel Rodriguez, as she declared that the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour is now over. The WWE Women’s World Champion said she’s moving on to the Liv Morgan World Tour and told the fans that Rhea Ripley is going to be out of action for a long time.
Dominik Mysterio tried to speak, but the fans drowned him out with boos. Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair then made their way down to the ring. Liv questioned why they were coming out to the ring all angry. She told the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions that the belts are the only thing keeping them together.
Bianca challenged Liv and Raquel to a match tonight then Adam Pearce interrupted. Pearce told Liv Morgan that a battle royal would be held tonight to determine the new number one contender for the WWE Women’s World Championship.
Liv Morgan and Raquel watched the battle royal from ringside and the final four came down to Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, IYO SKY and Lyra Valkyria. Cargill and Belair worked together to fight off Valkyria and SKY. However, Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan interfered and pulled Bianca and Jade over the top rope. Jade and Bianca then chased Liv and Raquel through the crowd.
Near the end of the match IYO SKY pulled Lyra over the top rope and they battled on the apron. IYO ended up hitting Lyra Valkyria with a German suplex on the apron to win the battle royal and earn the shot at Liv Morgan’s WWE Women’s World Championship.
