News On Possible Plans For Sheamus And The WWE Championship

Sheamus is currently the man walking around with the Money in the Bank briefcase which means he’s entitled to a guaranteed WWE Championship match anytime within the next year. So when will he be cashing in?

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Sheamus will have a WWE Championship run sometime this year. According to their report Sheamus will be cashing in on whichever babyface ends up winning the WWE Championship from current champion Seth Rollins.

On a related note, Sheamus was originally supposed to turn heel last year and face Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania XXX. Obviously plans changed due to the fact that CM Punk left. The heel turn was then supposed to lead to Sheamus winning the Money in the Bank briefcase last year but plans changed again and Sheamus was added to the WWE Championship ladder match at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Are you ready for another WWE Championship run for Sheamus?
