Earlier today WWE.com posted an official statement regarding Kaitlyn’s departure from the company.

As of Jan. 8, Kaitlyn (Celeste Bonin) will no longer be under contract with WWE. The former Divas Champion has chosen to pursue other endeavors outside the sports-entertainment world.
Kaitlyn is leaving the company to pursue other interests and she posted the following on twitter in regards to her run with the company.
Her fiance PJ Braun also followed up Kaitlyn’s comments by saying that she is working on something big which will be announced in the future.
