It was recently revealed that Kyle Fletcher is sidelined due to injury, and Tony Khan announced that he was forced to vacate the TNT Championship.
Khan also announced that a Casino Gauntlet match would be held to crown a new champion at Dynasty, and Tommaso Ciampa entered the match first on Sunday night. Rush entered the match in the number two spot and the action kicked off. Bandido was the third competitor to enter the match followed by Mike Bailey who entered at number four.
The action continued as El Clon entered the match in the number five position. The Death Riders finally got some representation in the match as PAC entered at number six. Mike Bailey and Bandido worked together to take on PAC, but PAC quickly got some back up as Daniel Garcia entered the match next.
Garcia and PAC teamed up to beat down El Clon as Anthony Bowens became the eighth competitor to enter the Casino Gauntlet match. Kevin Knight entered the match next. Another member of the Death Riders entered as Wheeler Yuta became the tenth competitor to enter.
While Daniel Garcia had Mike Bailey in the Dragon Tamer, Kevin Knight hit Garcia with a Frog Splash to win the match and become the new TNT Champion.
