Tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live is set to take place from the Verizon Arena in North Little Rock, AR, and it will focus on the fallout from last week’s show as the blue brand builds toward the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view in October.
Last week General Manager Daniel Bryan made a huge announcement when he revealed that he had signed former WWE Intercontinental Champion Shelton Benjamin, and he told Chad Gable that Benjamin will be his new tag team partner. The team will be making their debut on tonight’s episode.
Former NXT Champion Bobby Roode also debuted last week, and Dolph Ziggler returned, so we’ll be seeing more from both stars when SmackDown airs.
