New Tag Team Champions Crowned, Paul Ellering Returns At NXT TakeOver: The End

American Alpha defended their NXT Tag Team Titles against The Revival Wednesday night at NXT TakeOver: The End but it was The Revival who walked away with the gold.

Both teams put on an excellent match that was action packed from bell to bell. The finish came when The Revival shoved Chad Gable out of the ring and then hit Jason Jordan with Shatter Machine. Gable tried to break up the pin but he just couldn’t do it in time. The Revival are now two time NXT Tag Team Champions.

After the match NXT talents Sunny Dhinsa and Gzim Selmani attacked American Alpha as the crowd chanted “Who are you?”

Legendary manager Paul Ellering then made his return and stood with the team.
