Over the last few years fans have seen a number of talents part ways with WWE including Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish. The three former WWE stars caught the attention of the wrestling world as the Undisputed Era, and now they are once again working together in All Elite Wrestling.
It’s worth noting that AEW recently filed to trademark “Undisputed Elite” with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and the following use description was included as part of the filing:
“Mark For: UNDISPUTED ELITE™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of fan clubs; Providing a website featuring entertainment information in the fields of sports and entertainment; Providing entertainment information in the fields of sports and entertainment via a website; Conducting entertainment exhibitions in the nature of wresting exhibits and performances by professional wrestlers; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network.”
AEW filed to trademark “Paragon” earlier this year, and there was speculation that the group may use that name after O’Reilly used it in a promo. However, it seems that Undisputed Elite may be one of the other names being considered. Stay tuned for updates.
