Originally WWE Backlash was set to take place from the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, CA on June 16, but that event will no longer be televised.
Instead it’s been announced that the first ever WWE Stomping Grounds pay-per-view will be replacing Backlash as the June PPV, and it will take place from the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, WA.
The Tacoma Dome is advertising Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton for the event, but as always cards are subject to change.
The arena is also advertising AJ Styles, Seth Rollins & Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin for Raw the following night.
Tickets for Stomping Grounds go on sale on Friday.
