New Champion Crowned At NXT Halloween Havoc

NXT Halloween Havoc aired live on Saturday night, and the NXT North American Championship was on the line when Carmelo Hayes, Oro Mensah, Wes Lee, Von Wagner and Nathan Frazer faced off for the vacant title in a ladder match.

The match featured some action packed spots as every competitor put it all on the line in their quest to capture championship gold, but it was Wes Lee who walked out with the gold.

Near the end of the match Oro Mensah and Nathan Frazer teamed up to take out Von Wagner with a ladder, but they turned on each other as they both tried to grab the NXT North American Title. Carmelo Hayes then took them out and tried to climb the ladder only to be stopped by Wes Lee.

Lee battled Hayes then jumped off the ladder and landed with double knees on Hayes who was laid out on a ladder below. He then climbed up and grabbed the NXT North American Championship. The fans then chanted, “you deserve it” as Wes Lee celebrated at the top of the ladder.
