Skye Blue has been appearing on AEW programming for some time now as she officially debuted with the company on April 7, 2021 when she faced off against Britt Baker on AEW Dark: Elevation. She made her debut on AEW Dark a few months later in September of 2021 and she went on to compete in woman’s Casino Battle Royale at the All Out pay-per-view later that month. Blue has been working her way up the ranks in AEW for a while and it seems that the future is bright for her in All Elite Wrestling.
After the big announcement was made Skye Blue posted the following reaction on Twitter:
“All. Elite. Haven’t stopped tearing up. Thank you and I can’t wait to make everyone proud.”
