Natalya Neidhart might look like a pillar of strength, but it didn’t come easily for her. During her career, the female alumni from the Hart Family Dungeon has had plenty of peaks and valleys. She has also dealt with several traumatic life changing events. But through it all Natalya has found the internal fortitude to remain fervent in her journey to be the best version of herself possible.
During a recent episode of “Making Their Way To The Ring” Natalya opened up to Lillian Garcia about some of her inner demons as well as some other troubling issues she’s dealt with. Her journey has been one full of hard work and should be looked at as inspirational to say the least.
During the interview the shoo-in WWE Hall Of Famer spoke about her battles with an eating disorder and how getting into professional wrestling helped her overcome her illness. Natalya credits wrestling for curing her from her mental illness of an eating disorder. She also discusses dealing with the situation surrounding her uncle Bret Hart’s battle with cancer.
Natalya explained how being a part of Total Divas taught her to be vulnerable. It can’t be easy letting cameras in on your personal life and document all of the struggles that can come your way. Needless to say, Natalya has been through a fair amount of hardships while on the program.
While on Total Divas, Natalya has been through a lot. Her father’s substance abuse issues have been a topic of conversation as well as her husband’s neck injury. Although Tyson Kidd isn’t featured on the program anymore he is still very much a part of her life. He remains positive in spite of everything that has gone wrong as well.
It is a great interview and we suggest anyone listen to it if they are in need of an inspirational story. Natalya continues to be a beacon of positivity and perseverance to show people what a it really means to be a superstar.
