Ronda Rousey is one of the most famous fighters on the planet, and she also happens to be a huge WWE fan. Ronda has appeared at WWE events in the past and she even got physical with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania 31.
Following her appearance at the show of shows, many fans thought Rousey would be stepping into the ring sooner than later, and although she seems open to the idea, she has yet to decide if joining WWE is actually something she wants to do.
One thing’s for sure, the stars of the WWE definitely want her on the roster. Stephanie McMahon has said in the past the she’s hopeful Ronda Rousey will work with the company someday and Natalya recently gushed over Rousey during an interview with Sports Illustrated.
“I think Ronda can do anything. I am a huge fan of Ronda Rousey. She’s just such an inspiring and powerful woman, and she’s just also herself. Ronda will post pictures of herself without makeup on, she has this motto now where she’s imperfect. She’s a trailblazer and she’s not afraid to get back up. I think she’s going to do awesome in her next fight and I think that she would be an amazing addition to WWE, because she’s a huge fan.”
Natalya added that Rousey is unique, and uniqueness is what makes the WWE women’s division so great. It remains to be seen if Ronda Rousey will ever join WWE or wrestle a match, but if she does Natalya wants to be the first one to face her in the ring.
“The great thing about WWE is, you look at our entire women’s division, and you see so many different women from so many different walks of life. It’s just great because we have such a diverse group of women. Ronda represents someone that breaks the mold. She’s not your average girls, she’s somebody that’s really unique and that’s what we’re all about in is embracing our unique qualities. I hope Ronda does sign with WWE, because I want to be the first in line to wrestle her.”
