Business has certainly picked up on Friday Night SmackDown in recent weeks as the blue brand’s finest have been competing in the United States Title Tournament. This week Kevin Owens defeated Carmelo Hayes to advance in the tournament and Santos Escobar faced off against Bobby Lashley.
Bobby Lashley was accompanied by The Street Profits and at one point it seemed that he had the match won. However, two masked men appeared out of nowhere and distracted Bobby Lashley as they attacked The Street Profits. Escobar then took advantage of the distraction when he rolled Lashley up to get the win.
As Santos Escobar was leaving with the masked men they removed their masks and revealed themselves to be Angel Garza & Humberto Carillo. It’s been rumored for some time now that Escobar would be forming a stable with Garza & Carillo and WWE seems to be moving forward with this plan.
An official name for the group has yet to be announced, but Santos Escobar seemingly teased that they could be called the Legado World Order when he posted the following:
L. W. O.
Legado. World. Order.

It seems that this new stable will likely be feuding with Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits while Escobar waits for Rey Mysterio to return to in-ring competition.
Stay tuned for updates.
