Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits formed an alliance months ago but it seems that the group is still trying to establish themselves on the Friday Night SmackDown brand. Even though Lashley & The Street Profits have been working as a unit for some time they still don’t have an official group name.
WrestleVotes reports that there were plans for the group’s name to be revealed on SmackDown last week, but those plans were nixed at the last second. However, the current plan is for the group to be named The Pride.
“There were plans in place to name the Bobby Lashley / Street Profits faction on last weeks SmackDown, which got axed at the last second for unknown reasons. I’m told those plans are still tentative as the direction of the trio could be shifting. The planned name for the group is “The Pride”.”

Last week on SmackDown, Lashley & The Street Profits were cutting a promo in the ring when they were interrupted by Karrion Kross and Scarlett. They were then attacked from behind by the Authors of Pain who returned along with Paul Ellering.
We’ll have to wait and see when the name for Lashley’s group is officially confirmed, but one way or another it looks like they’ll be busy feuding with Kross & AOP.
