Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky, Darby Allin, Colt Cabana, Orange Cassidy, Joey Janela, Kip Sabian and Luchasaurus competed in the match. Brian Cage was revealed to be the surprise entrant with Taz as his manager.
A giant poker chip was hanging above the ring as the prize to grab to earn the title shot.
The match saw interference from Jimmy Havoc, Best Friends and Marko Stunt.
In the end it was Brian Cage who climbed the ladder and won the title shot.
