TNA star MVP did an webchat Q&A with Challnege TV. Check out the highlights below.
Would you bring back the six-sided ring?
That is something that has been discussed and we will see.
Why did you want to become investor in TNA IMPACT WRESTLING?
Because I felt TNA was an awesome company being mishandled by Dixie and the more wrestling there is for the fans, the better it is for the industry.
Who did you admire in the wrestling world as a child?
I was a big fan of Macho Man and Rowdy Roddy Piper. I like the Nature Boy Ric Flair. Also a relatively unknown wrestler, Sweet Brown Sugar, well known in FL.
Who’s your favorite TNA wrestler?
Kurt Angle.
What are you going to do about the Monster Abyss?
I’m a grown man, I don’t believe in monsters.
What’s the best part about coming over here to the UK?
3 things: Football, pubs, and of course the birds.
What do you think of TNA holding a major PPV – i.e. Lockdown or Bound For Glory in the UK?
I think it’s a great idea and if it’s logistically possible, we will look into it.
Will you be bringing more fresh faces into the company?
Seeing the Wolves make their appearance on IMPACT made me very happy. Absolutely, keep watching and I promise there will be new faces in the months to come.
How do you motivate the TNA Superstars?
The M in MVP is for motivate. As Director of Wrestling Operations it is my job to understand how to best motivate each roster member. Sometimes a pep talk does the trick. Other times it requires getting physical, just ask Kenny King.
