MVP appears to have suffered a knee injury at the Preston City Wrestling event in the UK last night. The injury came during a tag match. MVP later categorized the injury as “popping his knee.” He then limped to the back.
He was supposed to wrestle at another PCW event tonight but he’s currently on crutches. MVP cut a promo and said that he heard his knee pop and had went to the hospital for an x-ray. He said it was inconclusive and that he’d need an MRI done.
This obviously puts the Slammiversary main event which is scheduled to be him against Eric Young for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in jeopardy..
