Wednesday nights have been home to NXT for quite some time now, but it sounds like business will be picking up for wrestling fans on Wednesdays in the weeks to come.
It was recently reported that there’s been a pitch for NXT to air live on USA Network weekly on Wednesdays with NXT airing as a two hour show.
WWE has yet to confirm the move but it sounds like it could become official sooner than later.
WrestleVotes is also reporting that NXT is USA Network bound, and that WWE is expected to make an official announcement on Monday.
A lot of rumors going around concerning NXT. I’ll add what I’ve heard… NXT is moving to USA Network on Wednesday nights. Not FS1.
And… I’ve been told WWE will make the official announcement this Monday.

WrestleVotes is also backing up reports claiming that the show will be live each week.
Hearing it will be LIVE each week and 2 hours in length. https://t.co/KvV8WKl8RH

AEW is set to premiere on Wednesday nights on TNT on October 2, so if NXT does indeed join USA Network it will be interesting to see if the show premieres before AEW’s debut on TNT.
