Last week Triple H delivered some unfortunate news via social media when he announced that Bray Wyatt had passed away, and the wrestling world has been mourning ever since.
TMZ reports that in the months leading up to his death Bray Wyatt experienced heart complications, and his doctor-recommended heart defibrillator was not with him when his body was found.
According to law enforcement records, Bray Wyatt told JoJo he was going to take a nap on Thursday, and she became concerned when his alarm started going off an hour later without stopping. Bray Wyatt, real name Windham Rotunda, was then discovered in his bed not breathing. CPR was attempted, but Bray was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Immediate family members who spoke to police noted that Bray Wyatt developed heart complications after getting COVID back in March, and the complications caused him to have a “weak lower part of his heart.”
Bray Wyatt was hospitalized a week before his death due to a heart issue. He was advised to wear a external heart defibrillator and had a follow-up appointment with doctors the morning he died. It’s not known if the external heart defibrillator would have saved his life, but it was noted that he was not wearing it at the time he passed.
