WWE Raw was up against some stiff competition this week, with the US Presidential debate, and Monday Night Football. This week’s show featured the fallout from Clash of Champions and it drew 2.478 million viewers according to ShowBuzzDaily, down from the 2.684 million viewers who tuned into last week’s show.
For this week’s show the first hour drew 2.850 million viewers. The second hour went up against the debate and saw a steep drop as viewership fell to 2.381 million viewers. The show drew 2.203 million viewers for the third and final hour.
CNN is reporting that Nielsen data shows the debate averaged 81.4 million viewers, making it the most watched debate in history. That number is not including viewers who watched the debate on PBS, C-SPAN or live internet streams, meaning total viewership for the debate was even higher.
