To the uninitiated, wrestling is as as “fake” but anyone who has ever stepped in the ring knows that wrestling moves can hurt. There are only so many ways that you can learn to fall before it starts to become painful, and if a submission move is applied correctly, it can do some serious damage.

Many fans have said that the Walls of Jericho is one of the most painful submission maneuvers there is, and you’ll quickly find out that they’re correct if you ever find yourself in the submission hold. It just so happens that MMA fighter Jonno Mears’ opponent found out just how much the move hurts during a fight this weekend when Mears locked in the Walls of Jericho and forced his opponent to tap out at a FCC event.
