MJF On Possibly Facing Shane McMahon In AEW

Recently there’s been a lot of talk about Shane McMahon possibly working with All Elite Wrestling, and those talks only intensified recently when a photo of Shane McMahon meeting with Tony Khan started making the rounds on social media.

At this point in time it’s not clear if Shane could end up working with AEW, but current AEW American Champion MJF made it clear during a recent interview with Cultaholic that he doesn’t think a potential match between the two of them would end well for Shane.

“I think it would be bad for Shane McMahon’s mental health to get in a ring with me. I would have the time of my f****** life. But my answer, also just because I’m so salt of the Earth, is — I think maybe for the first time in my career, maybe I’d feel bad.”

When asked about his reaction to the photo of Shane McMahon meeting with Tony Khan, MJF said, “[Tony is] a f****** mark. That was my reaction … I don’t respect either of them. I respect that I am the highest-paid athlete in my company. Rightfully so. Outside of that and the money stuff, I don’t know, man.”
