When Miro first signed with All Elite Wrestling there was a lot of hope for his run with the company, but so far this hasn’t been a good year for the former TNT Champion. In 2022, Miro has only wrestled four matches on AEW programming and there’s currently no word on when he’ll be back on TV.
Recently Miro attended the premiere of National Treasure: Edge of History on Disney+ and he offered the following response when Muse TV asked him about his AEW status:
“Spicy question. It’s not up to me. I’m doing everything I can and from then on, I’m just sitting and waiting for the opportunity.”
It was recently reported that Miro is healthy and willing to step into the ring, but the right creative has not been presented for him. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
