Mickey Gall Reacts To CM Punk Not Shaking His Hand, Big Show Wants To Face Finn Balor

CM Punk is going one on one with Mickey Gall tonight at UFC 203, and the official weigh-ins for the event took place yesterday at the Quicken Loans Arena.

Punk made weight as he weighed in at exactly 170 pounds before facing off with Mickey Gall. When the two opponents faced off to hype up their fight, Gall extended his hand and CM Punk refused to shake it.

“I’ll be cordial, I’ll always shake my opponent’s hand, and be cool, and I don’t care if they don’t,” Gall said as reaction to Punk not shaking his hand. “He’s awkward, he’s like a dork, I see him around and he just does weird things. It’s all good man, we’re gonna fight. I’m just excited to fight.”

Of course CM Punk is never at a loss for words, and according to Punk, Mickey Gall is in for a challenge.

“You’re gonna see a different me. I can flip a switch when I need to. He’s in for a challenge, I’m in for a challenge. I didn’t feel the need to talk a bunch of s**t. I think the pressure’s on him. I’m the old broken down, washed out pro-wrestler. He said he’s going to beat me in 45 seconds, well, we’ll see what happens.”

Big Show recently spoke with Sky Sports about his career, who he wants to face and more. During the interview Big Show talked about why he wants to face off against Finn Balor, and you can check out the interview here along with a quote below.

“We have try-outs at almost every TV taping and it can be hard for guys to shine in an empty arena with a bunch of Superstars standing around watching, but you can tell in 20 seconds whether some guys have ‘it’ – whether they move their feet right, are willing to learn and can be a WWE Superstar. Finn, who was by no means a rookie having fought in different dojos all over the world, had that charisma and charm that you wanted to see more of – I would have loved the chance to work with him as we could have torn the house down. With his attitude and skill he will overcome this injury and come back strong. It was pretty badass of him to separate his shoulder [in his match against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam] put it back in and continue to wrestle. That deserves a lot of respect.”
