Kenny Omega is one of the most talked about wrestlers in the entire world right now, and although he may have his fair share of haters, Omega also has a lot of supporters. One of those supporters appears to be WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley. Mick recently reacted to a clip from Kenny Omega’s match with Juice Robinson from the NJPW G1 Special, and acknowledged that Omega has some skills inside the ring.
Jinder Mahal has had an interesting journey. He was released from WWE in 2014, but the company brought him back in 2016. A few months ago Jinder claimed the top prize in the company when he won the WWE Championship, and he’s been trying to make the most of the opportunity he’s been given.
The current WWE Champion recently spoke to the Ottawa Citizen about his 2014 release, and he said that he didn’t feel like he was giving it his all at that point in time.
“I had a lot of regrets. I felt like I didn’t give it my all. I said, if I ever get a second chance I’ll do everything in my power. I’ll give it 110 per cent. I’ve taken full advantage of that opportunity. I was working hard to become WWE champion, but now that I am WWE champion, I’m putting in even more work.”
