Mercedes Mone spent years competing in the women’s division in WWE, but she officially parted ways with the company in 2022. Following her departure from WWE, Mercedes went on to work with NJPW, and earlier this year she officially signed with All Elite Wrestling.
Currently Mercedes Mone is the TBS Champion and one of the top stars in the AEW women’s division. However, her decision to part ways with WWE has been criticized by some fans.
During a recent live stream a fan posted a comment saying that her “downgrade has got to be studied.” This comment didn’t go over well with Mercedes Mone who responded with the following:
“B****, I’m richer than I’ve ever f***** been. Putting on the greatest matches that I’ve ever had! So shut the f*** up. I hate stupid people. I’m living my best life. The greatest life ever. It’s an upgrade baby. I went forward, I didn’t go back.”
