McMahon Family Drama Is Reportedly At An All Time High On The Road To WrestleMania 32

The drama just never ends when your last name is McMahon. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter there’s some tension backstage due to some issues between Triple H and Vince McMahon.

Triple H and Stephanie are often looked at as the progressive minds in the WWE due to Triple H’s work with NXT. But it’s being reported that Vince isn’t happy that he’s viewed as an old man who is out of touch and it’s been speculated that he may use Shane against Triple H and Stephanie. Triple H and Stephanie have been gaining more power over the past few years, but if Shane McMahon does end up taking an executive role with WWE that would obviously change the power dynamic backstage.

The McMahon family storyline was reportedly rewritten over the past few weeks and Shane McMahon was supposed to deliver a specific line on Raw. Shane was supposed to deliver a line about how he hopes Triple H and Stephanie make good on their promise to quit WWE because if not he’s going to fire them on Raw the next night. Shane apparently got “lost” while cutting the promo and it was noted that he also got “lost” during his return promo but Vince covered up for him.

There are also reports that Triple H has some heat for not selling the beating he took from Roman Reigns at TLC. After the attack Triple H appeared at NXT TakeOver: London just days later and appeared to be in perfect health.
