A few months ago Matt Hardy took a step away from in-ring competition after he learned that his pelvis and spine were fusing together.
After wrestling a match back in September, Matt said that Woken Matt Hardy had “most likely” wrestled his last match in a WWE ring, but also that he would “never say never” in regards to his future.
Now Matt is indicating that he’s not retired, as a fan noted on Twitter tagged Matt in a tweet saying that Mr. Pefect faced Matt in his last match, and Matt’s last match involved Mr. Perfect’s son Curtis Axel.
However, Matt responded by telling the fan that his last match hasn’t happened yet.
My last @WWE match hasn’t happened yet, so this particular cycle shall be #BROKEN.. But I’m sure the DELIGHTFUL cycle of Hardys & Hennigs doing battle shall continue in the future. pic.twitter.com/GY0ou5nLU2

Curtis Axel then chimed in to say that their time in the ring together is definitely not over.
Our time in the ring together is definitely not over or #BROKEN! Also, what a DELIGHTFUL thought for the future… The Hennig/Hardy BATTLE shall last foreva!!! https://t.co/KppVv2Dd0c
