It’s been a long time since fans have seen Matt Hardy wrestle a match inside a WWE ring, as he stepped away from in-ring competition last year so that he could heal some nagging injuries.
But Matt continuously told fans that he’s not retired, and he’s been teasing his return to the ring for quite some time now.
This week on SmackDown Live, The Bar made their way to the ring for a match, and as they were waiting for their opponents, The Hardys’ music hit, and the brothers entered the arena together to a big pop from the crowd.
The end of the match came when Matt Hardy hit Sheamus with the Twist of Fate, then Jeff followed up with the Swanton Bomb for the win.
