The Hardys have found massive success as a tag team, and they’ve both also achieved massive success on their own. Jeff Hardy is a WWE Grand Slam Champion, and he’s also feuded with some of the biggest names in the business, but it seems that Jeff has been lost in the shuffle as of late.
This week on Monday Night Raw fans saw Reggie successfully defend his 24/7 Title against Akira Tozawa, but after the match Reggie had to fend off attacks from R-Truth, Jeff Hardy, Drew Gulak, Jaxson Ryker and Shelton Benjamin. Drake Maverick also returned to the main roster and inserted himself into the 24/7 Title picture.
Social media was in an uproar after the segment, and Jeff Hardy started trending as many fans lashed out at WWE for booking Hardy in a 24/7 Title segment.
Jeff Hardy is still trending as of this writing, and his brother Matt showed support for him when he tweeted the following:
“Gonna RT this Jeff Hardy birthday post because he’s trending on Twitter.. Cuz Brother Nero is universally loved & we all want the best for him.”
Jeff Hardy has not competed on Raw since he lost to Karrion Kross on the August 16 episode. Stay tuned for updates.
