Matt Hardy On What AEW Talent Should Do If They Have A Problem With Someone

There are many wrestlers who call All Elite Wrestling home, but it’s no big secret that there’s been some backstage drama over the last few months. Several AEW stars have been involved in altercations which have led to suspensions.

Matt Hardy recently appeared on Busted Open Radio, and he shared some advice with AEW talents as he encouraged them to work their issues out and talk directly to one another if there problems.

“The best advice I can give anyone — if you have an issue with something or someone, go to them directly and talk it out. When people harbor resentment towards someone else, that’s when bad things happen. You have to get it out. You have to be forthright, and really address these scenarios and situations.”

“I feel like, as a veteran, I am trying to help expedite that process. There’s a lot of guys, too, like [Chris] Jericho, Jon Moxley, and Bryan Danielson — they’ve all really stepped up and had these super positive meetings,” Hardy continued. “We’re gonna continue on that path. I think we’re gonna get there, and everything’s gonna be good.”

Earlier this year Matt Hardy reunited with his brother Jeff for a brief reunion before Jeff was suspended due to his legal issues. Hardy has recently aligned himself with Private Party and is working as their manager once again.
