On Monday, Jeff Hardy was arrested in Volusia County, Florida on multiple charges including his third DUI. Hardy was reportedly bonded out of jail on Monday evening after paying a $3,500 bond. Following Jeff’s arrest his brother Matt Hardy took to Twitter to show his support for his brother when he posted the following:
“It was disheartening to hear the news about my brother yesterday. Recovery isn’t a linear process & I’ll continue doing whatever I can to help my brother be healthy. Being healthy & well is the most important thing for Jeff, his wife, his children & our family at this time.”
Following Jeff Hardy’s arrest AEW is no longer advertising the triple threat ladder match for the AEW World Tag Team Titles for Road Rager on Wednesday night. AEW has yet to publicly comment on the situation as of this writing. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
