It is being reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that this Saturday, Ring of Honor Aftershock in Hopkins, Minnesota will be Matt Hardy’s final event for the company. Ring of Honor officials are apparently not happy about the fact that Hardy recently worked with TNA despite the fact that Hardy said he would work for both promotions.
Ring of Honor is said to see TNA as direct competition due to the fact that they’re moving into the NYC market where ROH is viewed as the number 2 promotion. TNA hasn’t made relations between the two companies any better by recently attempting to raid their roster. TNA recently reached out to ROH World Tag Team Champions Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly, ROH World TV Champion Jay Lethal and others.
