Brock Lesnar is now one of the most controversial wrestlers in the industry. He recently broke The Undertaker’s streak which has a lot of people talking. Brock Lesnar is on everyone’s mind recently so it’s hard to believe that he returned to WWE only two years ago. As a matter of fact, it’s hard to believe that he returned at all.
There was a point when many people believed we would never see Brock Lesnar in WWE again but that all changed the night after WrestleMania 28 when he came out and hit John Cena with the F5. The incident renewed the feud between the two and a match was made for Extreme Rules.
The match itself is extremely violent and it’s a rare occasion where you see a vulnerable John Cena. The ending has been heavily criticized to this day but the match was certainly a breath of fresh air at the time.
What do you think? Did WWE make the right call with the ending?
