After years of working his way up the card in several different wrestling companies this is the match that finally solidified Eddie Guerrero as a main event player. Eddie had everything you could ever want in a wrestler. This man was charismatic, could talk well and put on classic matches just about every time he stepped in the ring. After all his sacrifice and dedication he finally got his shot at the WWE Championship at No Way Out 2004.
Brock Lesnar may be a beast nowadays but he was a lot more dangerous during his first run with the company. Many people just assumed he would run right through Eddie but that wasn’t the case as Latino Heat put up one hell of a fight. WWE loves to play the underdog story when it comes to pushing their faces and this match is no different. What follows in the video below is a very entertaining match from start to finish and one of the most heartwarming moments in WWE history.
