Sunday night during the WWE Fastlane pay-per-view, The Usos defended their SmackDown Tag Team Titles against The New Day, but the title match was cut short after The Bludgeon Brothers interfered.
Harper and Rowan destroyed The New Day and The Usos, but it looks like both teams will get a chance at retribution tonight on SmackDown Live.
WWE released a video which features Cathy Kelley announcing a tag team match for tonight’s episode which will see Big E team up with Jimmy Uso to take on The Bludgeon Brothers.
According to Cathy Kelley Big E and Jimmy Uso are the only members of their respective teams who have been medically cleared to compete following the vicious beating at the hands of The Bludgeon Brothers.
It’s also been confirmed that Shane McMahon will be making a big WrestleMania announcement tonight, and Asuka will be making her SmackDown Live debut following her appearance at Fastlane.
Stars being advertised for tonight’s show include WWE Champion AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens, United States Champion Randy Orton, Sami Zayn, Bobby Roode, Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair, Jinder Mahal, Baron Corbin, Naomi, Natalya, Becky Lynch, Lana and more.
