Mason Ryan On People Saying He Looks Like Batista

His WWE debut:

“I got to interfere in a match with John Cena and CM Punk it doesn’t get much bigger than that. I really loved working with those guys Punk and now Bray Wyatt also Curtis Axel and David Otunga. I got to have Punk (CM) as a mentor. During LIVE events I got to watch ringside at Punk and Cena work in matches and learn from that it was a incredible experience.”

The difference between working in the ring with wrestling boots as opposed to sneakers:

“(Laughing) if you don’t have good foot work it can be tricky but if you know what you are doing then it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Boots tend to be heavier and hard to move in so if you add a pair of sneakers or tennis shoes it’s almost better because they’re lighter.”

Looking like Batista:

“Yeah man I get it all the time, I have long hair now and I didn’t think I looked like him but people would come up to me and say, ‘Hey! You know who you look like?’ I say, ‘let me take a guess.’ I see the resemblance facially … its quite strange.”
