A number of WWE stars have parted ways with the company over the last few years, but it’s clear that WWE officials are looking to lock down their top stars. Randy Orton made his big return to WWE programming back in November of 2023, and it’s was recently reported that The Viper signed a new deal with World Wrestling Entertainment.
Recently Randy Orton spoke to Marca about his future with WWE, and he confirmed that he did indeed sign a new five year contract with the company, so he intends to keep wrestling for a long time.
“I know you’re alluding to Cody and his title and maybe I’d like to do it later, but I don’t think I should rush it. I’m going to keep doing this for a long time.
I just signed a five-year contract extension and I don’t have to rush it . I’ve got all the time in the world as far as I’m concerned. I feel great. I feel healthy.”
Even though Orton has been in the wrestling business for a long time he’s still consistently featured as one of the top stars in WWE. Recently it was confirmed that Randy Orton will challenge Gunther for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship when they face off later this month at Bash In Berlin.
