It’s been a long time since fans have seen Randy Orton compete inside the ring, but recently he was spotted at the WWE Performance Center, and there’s been a lot of talk about The Viper potentially returning soon.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Survivor Series is the suggested time frame for Orton’s return, so he could be back in about a month or so.
Randy Orton’s doctor suggested that he retire, but it’s being said that Orton makes a ton of money, and he wants to continue wrestling until he’s 50 if possible. Currently Randy Orton is 43 years old.
Back in May of 2022, Randy Orton wrestled his last match when he and Matt Riddle dropped the Raw Tag Team Championship to The Usos on an episode of SmackDown. The Viper later underwent back fusion surgery, and there was a lot of speculation regarding his future, but it sounds like he’s closer than ever to a return.
