The Royal Rumble has come and gone and now all eyes are looking ahead to WrestleMania. But before we got to WrestleMania we still have to get through Elimination Chamber. In recent years WWE has held a men’s Elimination Chamber and a women’s Elimination Chamber match, but following the Royal Rumble there’s been a lot of speculation regarding what the men’s match could be this year.
Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes is currently set to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania, and Byron Saxton announced ahead of Raw that Austin Theory will defend his US Championship inside the Elimination Chamber next month. It was also announced that Seth Rollins vs. Chad Gable and Baron Corbin vs. Johnny Gargano will take place on Raw tonight with the winners qualifying for the Elimination Chamber match.
Byron Saxton has confirmed that Cody Rhodes will be kicking off Raw tonight and women’s Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley will announce who she’s facing at WrestleMania 39.
As for Roman Reigns, it was recently reported that The Tribal Chief is expected to face off against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber next month. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
