Dominik Mysterio has had a huge year in 2025 and he’s proven himself to be one of the top stars in WWE. Mysterio last stepped into the ring on December 20th when he teamed with El Grande Americano to face Rey Mysterio & Rey Fenix at AAA Guerra de Titanes, and it was reported following the show that Dominik had suffered some type of shoulder injury.
There’s been a lot of speculation regarding Dominik’s status among fans in the wrestling community as of late, but Bodyslam is reporting that Dominik Mysterio is in “good spirits” following the injury scare, and it’s being said that WWE is just being cautious with Dominik at this time.
Dominik Mysterio has not been making appearances at the recent WWE live events, and he is not currently being advertised for this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw as of this writing.
One way or another Dominik has taken his career to the next level this year as he won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 41, and he later became a two time Intercontinental Champion when he defeated John Cena to win the belt at Survivor Series. He is also the current AAA Mega Champion, so it will be interesting to see what 2026 holds for Dominik Mysterio.
