Anything can happen in the world of professional wrestling and back in November of 2023, CM Punk shocked the world when he returned to WWE at Survivor Series. There were many fans who were happy to see CM Punk return, but Seth Rollins made it well known that he wasn’t happy about Punk being back.
Even though CM Punk and Seth Rollins have come face to face during segments on WWE TV since Punk returned Rollins has publicly stated that his animosity toward Punk is real.
Wade Keller of PW Torch is reporting that while Seth Rollins did harbor legitimate gripes with CM Punk, the two of them have been getting along while planning out their segments backstage. It also noted that CM Punk continues to get all positive reviews from many sources in regard to how he is carrying himself with his colleagues and with management.
CM Punk confirmed this week on Monday Night Raw that even though he’s not medically cleared to compete he will be at WrestleMania 40 next month. It was announced during the show that Punk will be the special guest commentator for the Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre match at the event.
