Major Spoiler On Plans For WWE Survivor Series

Right now all eyes are looking ahead to WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia, but once the show is finished Survivor Series will be the next premium live event on the annual schedule. In recent weeks fans have been talking a lot about WWE potentially bring WarGames back for Survivor Series, and it looks like the match could be returning this year.

Fightful Select is reporting that as of this week WWE planned for WarGames to be part of the 2023 Survivor Series premium live event. Last year the WarGames match was featured at Survivor Series for the first time with a men’s and women’s match taking place.

The men’s match saw The Bloodline face off against Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre and The Brawling Brutes. In the women’s match Team Belair (Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim, and Becky Lynch) facing picked up a win over Team Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, Nikki Cross, and Rhea Ripley).

As of right now a men’s WarGames match is on the table, but there’s no word one way or another regarding a possible women’s match. It was heavily implied that The Judgment Day will be part of the match. However, further details regarding how that plays out are not confirmed.
