Royal Rumble weekend has finally arrived and fans are looking forward to seeing some surprise entrants during the WWE Royal Rumble matches tonight at Tropicana Field.
WWE has been hyping up the Royal Rumble for weeks now, and the company got people talking on Monday night when they aired a video package on Raw which featured a comment from Hulk Hogan who said, “You never know … I might have one left in me.”
During the Ad Free Shows Top Guy Weekend event in Florida, Hulk Hogan took things even further when he teased that he could potentially enter the men’s Royal Rumble match at number 30.
“Is anybody going to the #RoyalRumble? Somebody told me I might get number 30.”
Hulk Hogan is currently 70 years old and has not competed in the ring since 2012. While one would have to think an in-ring return is unlikely at his age you can never say never when it comes to professional wrestling.
One way or another we’ll find out for sure when the Royal Rumble airs live on Saturday night. Stay tuned for updates.
