All eyes are looking ahead to April as WrestleMania is set to air live from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the second year in a row. WrestleMania season is typically the time when big names return and it looks like a familiar face could be making an appearance at the Show of Shows this year.
Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that sources have said they expect talks between WWE and Jelly Roll that could lead to an appearance at WrestleMania.
Jelly Roll is currently set to appear on SmackDown on Friday, and was recently on TNA Wrestling TV. It was also noted that Jelly Roll impressed WWE officials with his performance at SummerSlam, and has received universal praise backstage.
Over the last few years Jelly Roll has made several appearances on WWE programming. Last summer he teamed up with Randy Orton to face Logan Paul & Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam in a match that ultimately saw Paul & McIntyre pick up the victory.
Following the match Jelly Roll confirmed that he and Randy Orton were originally supposed to win, but he spoke to Triple H and pushed to have the heels go over in his debut.
Ahead of Jelly Roll’s appearance on SmackDown this week The Miz has confirmed that he will be appearing on Miz TV.
