For some time now the wrestling world has been talking about WWE Raw making the jump to Netflix. Soon the red brand will move to the streaming service and some big names are expected to be part of the premiere. WWE is loading up the show, but it sounds like one big name won’t be a part of it.
Dr. Chris Featherstone is reporting that Randy Orton is not currently scheduled to make an appearance on the WWE Raw debut episode on Netflix.
Randy Orton was written off TV last month when Kevin Owens hit him with a piledriver. The Viper has been out of action ever since and there’s currently no word on when he’s set to return to television.
One way or another the WWE Raw premiere on Netflix is shaping up to be a major show as John Cena is set to make an appearance and Roman Reigns will also be facing Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat match for the Ula Fala.
Other matches confirmed for the Raw premiere on Netflix include CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins and Rhea Ripley vs. Liv Morgan for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
