This weekend the WWE Bad Blood premium live event is set to take place from Atlanta, GA and WWE has put together a stacked card. Roman Reigns will be wrestling his first match since WrestleMania 40 when he teams up with Cody Rhodes to face Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu, and it’s been reported that the tag team match will main event the show.
Earlier this week Pat McAfee told Cody Rhodes that he heard “the big guy” is coming back this week and since then there’s been a lot of speculation regarding The Rock possibly returning at Bad Blood.
It’s worth noting that The Rock confirmed today that he is indeed in Georgia ahead of the Bad Blood premium live event. The Final Boss revealed on Instagram that he’s visiting Apalachee High School, and he confirmed that he will be attending their football game tonight when he posted the following:
“Big football game tonight as the Apalachee High School Wildcats take the field in their first home game back since their school’s mass shooting about a month ago.
These players, coaches, teachers, the entire community and ALL the students at Apalachee are the symbol of resilience, love and strength.
I promised them, I would be there tonight for them – and I will.
Win or lose, these Apalachee kids are already undefeated.
See you tonight, LETS GO.”
As of right now there’s been no confirmation that The Rock will be appearing at WWE Bad Blood on Saturday, but the fact that he’s in Georgia is interesting to say the least.
