Major Match Reportedly Being Considered For WrestleMania 41 Main Event

WrestleMania 41 is still months away, but it seems that WWE may already be setting the stage for a big main event at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Recently at the Bad Blood premium live event Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes defeated Jacob Fatu & Solo Sikoa in the main event. After the match The Rock made his return, stared at Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns inside the ring then counted to three on his fingers.

While talking about potential WrestleMania plans during a Q&A session on Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes noted that a Rock vs. Reigns vs. Rhodes triple threat match is currently being considered for Mania.

“My thought is that it signifies that’s where we’re going for WrestleMania – 1, 2, 3 as in Triple Threat Match. I can tell you that’s on the table but I’m not sure if it’s finalized in any way.

It’s October, so I doubt it’s been finalized but the idea is being floated and I think it makes sense for the company as a whole just to get those three guys in one ring at one time and push the story to the moon.”
