Aleister Black has been pulled from in-ring competition after undergoing surgery to repair a groin injury he suffered at a recent live event.
Due to Black’s injury, he will not be competing in the main event at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV.
NXT General Manager William Regal announced that it will now be a Last Match Standing match which will see Tommaso Ciampa defend the NXT Title against Johnny Gargano.
